Adding an angle option in format for shapes like Parallelogram, triangle, etc.

Currently, when working with shapes like parallelograms or triangles, which have angles, as well as image-based shapes, it can be challenging to maintain consistency throughout the course.

If Articulate included an angle option in the format tab, alongside height and width, it would make it much easier for developers to work with these shapes and image-based shapes.
