AI audio generated with pauses

It would be great if we could upload a video with a time stamp transcript to be able to auto generate an AI voiceover with pauses already included.

At the moment I am replacing voiceovers with AI generated ones and have to generate the voiceover in Storyline export that out and then import it to Replay to then split it up against the video to match to then export and import it into Rise.
