AI in Rise should include relevant images from PDFs when generating lesson outlines

I recently tested the AI feature in Rise by uploading a PDF that contains both text and images. Currently, the AI extracts only the text to create lesson outlines and does not incorporate any relevant images.

It would be very useful if the AI could also detect and include images from the source content while generating the lesson structure. This enhancement would make content creation faster and result in richer, more engaging lessons.

  • Hi Sriram_S_Iyer!

Thanks for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see in Rise 360!

I noticed that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate Enelluar. As he shared:

"Currently, the AI course drafts workflow creates either interactive blocks with text or text-only content. Except for the cover image, it cannot yet generate media such as audio and images as part of the course draft.

We appreciate your suggestion to enhance the AI's ability to recognize and incorporate images from PDFs. This would definitely add value to the content creation process, especially for visually rich materials. I've submitted a feature request to our product team on your behalf."

If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to reconnect with Enelluar through your case!
