Course file name vs display name in Rise

 

I would love to be able to rename the file for a course without changing the course title that's displayed. For example, I have one course for U.S. learners titled "ABC" and a very similar course for Canadian learners that I also want call "ABC".

It gets VERY confusing having to wade through the courses to find the right one. We've started using "course codes" in the course description, but it's still a hassle. 

Something like this would be ideal:

    Hi KLang,

    That’s a great idea! Having separate fields for an internal course file name and a display title would make organizing similar versions, like your U.S. and Canadian courses, much simpler. I can see how that would save time when searching or managing multiple copies of the same course.

    I’ve shared your suggestion with our product team so they can consider it for future updates. For now, using unique course codes in the description is a smart workaround.
