Phonetic Support and Slide Visit Trigger

I'm missing a few features that would make my life easier. First, it's difficult to get the AI voice to pronounce things like HES or bovine collagen (Rinderkollagen) correctly without being able to use phonetic transcription. And second, I’m missing a much more useful feature for me: a trigger that activates when a slide is visited and "visit "N" on the slide".
