Responsive Blocked Continue Button

We often use Rise 360 for compliance courses.

At the end of the course, there's typically an acknowledgement section - where there's statements with a check box block and then a continue button block below that unlocks when the user clicks on the checkboxes.

However, we've noticed that if you click a box and then unclick it, the continue button stays unlocked. 

I know we could do a workaround of creating a Storyline block with the acknowledgement and some variables ensuring they actually acknowledge it.

Would it be possible to have a responsive continue button? So, if a user unclicks a box - it locks the continue button again.
