Rise / Storyline Video Button Text

In addition to the play button in the middle of a Rise video could we have an option to add some instruction text e.g. 'Play video' above or below the circle play button.

In Storyline the controller doesn't disappear like in Rise but there is no large play button, can it match Rise, with the ability to turn it off/on and have the 'Play video' text.

That way both work consistently and are more accessible because they have an icon and wording.
