A.I. assistant question
Hi Everyone! I recently upgraded my account to include the A.I. assistant. I'm very interested in using the many new voice to text voices available, but I'm still seeing only the standard 20 or so voice options (not 5,000). I don't see the A.I. assistant option within Storyline desktop software either. Is it only available as a web-based option? Please help.

Hi David, You should see AI Assistant in Storyline. It's available as web-based in Rise and desktop in Storyline.
Can you confirm you've updated your Articulate 360 desktop app and Storyline? What about Rise 360? Do you see AI Assistant in Rise?
Are you working from a home network or on your company network? Asking because if you're on a company network, there might be some specific ports your network admin needs to enable.
