Chelce Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Chelce 😀, and I’m based in Atlanta, Georgia. I currently work in the healthcare industry as a Readiness and Training Lead, where I focus on developing training programs and learning resources for revenue cycle teams. Much of my work involves creating instructional materials, tip sheets, and e-learning modules that support staff in learning complex workflows and systems. I collaborate closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts to translate technical processes into training that is clear, practical, and easy for learners to apply in their daily work.

My specialty areas include instructional design, workflow-based training, and simplifying complex information into learner-friendly content. I spend a lot of time developing learning materials for system processes, which means I’m very comfortable with writing step-by-step guidance, creating structured learning objectives, and designing training that supports operational performance. I’m also passionate about making training more engaging and accessible for adult learners, especially in environments where people are learning systems and policies at the same time. If I can help others in the community, it would likely be around structuring course content, writing clear training documentation, and translating technical processes into effective learning experiences.

What brings me to the E-Learning Heroes community is my desire to continue improving my e-learning development skills, particularly with tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline. I want to get better at creating more interactive and visually engaging courses rather than relying only on traditional instructional formats. I’m especially interested in learning more about creative course interactions, visual storytelling, and ways to increase learner engagement while still maintaining clarity and efficiency in training. I’m excited to learn from everyone here and also contribute where I can.
