What FDA parts govern food industry compliance? I work for a health + wellness brand that manufactures its own products. We must maintain strict compliance with the FDA's cGMP and GDP requirements.
Hi Thomas! We deal with a lot of 21 CFR, specifically GMP Hazard Analysis and risk based preventive controls. We also have FSMA and some USDA regulations.

cGMP training is content-heavy. Our QA leader recently asked us to scope a revamped cGMP (ILT) and GDP (eLearning).
Some of the content we previously purchased from an external vendor.Additionally, she wants to rework the employees' policy attestation process (currently paper-based) into an electronic workflow (via our LMS, fingers crossed).
The original content carries tons of text on slides.
How have you tackled this heavy text content to make it more appealing to your employees?

- FDA: food and drug administration (sets the guidelines for cGMP, 21 CFR, and GDP, etc.)
