Hi Thomas! We deal with a lot of 21 CFR, specifically GMP Hazard Analysis and risk based preventive controls. We also have FSMA and some USDA regulations.

LauraSpielvogel thanks for sharing.
cGMP training is content-heavy. Our QA leader recently asked us to scope a revamped cGMP (ILT) and GDP (eLearning).
Some of the content we previously purchased from an external vendor.
Additionally, she wants to rework the employees' policy attestation process (currently paper-based) into an electronic workflow (via our LMS, fingers crossed).
The original content carries tons of text on slides.
How have you tackled this heavy text content to make it more appealing to your employees?
For the benefit of those reading this post, outside our industries:
- GDP: good documentation practices
- cGMP: current good manufacturing practices
- 21 CFR: Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR) is the official set of United States federal laws that governs all food, drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics to ensure they are safe and high quality.
- FDA: food and drug administration (sets the guidelines for cGMP, 21 CFR, and GDP, etc.)
