Hi! My name is Molly and I work for a government agency as a Training and Education Program Manager. Part of what I do day to day is create microlearning videos that translate complex ideas and processes for staff members to understand easier. My team creates videos using Adobe products mainly, for entertainment and understanding more so than interactive learning. I want to understand eLearning capabilities further, and start using some of these tools in order to offer more options for our learners. I'm excited to learn!

Welcome, MollyQ! It sounds like you're coming in with a great foundation. Translating complex processes into digestible content is hard, and it seems like your team has already been doing that well.
If you're just getting started with Articulate, the training and tutorials hub is a good place to explore what's possible. For example, there's this learning track: Build Microlearning in Rise 360
You also might like the weekly eLearning challenges as a way to experiment while seeing how other community members approach the same prompt.
Lastly, we actually have a Peer Pod starting in August that you might enjoy. It's focused on getting started in an instructional design role and is a great way to connect with others who are new to the field.
Can't wait to see what you build!
