I’m Tranelle Dill from Baltimore, MD. I’m a Sr. Training Specialist with experience in instructional design, facilitation, and creating engaging learning experiences. I love turning complex content into clear, interactive training that resonates.
I’m great at brainstorming creative learning solutions, developing activities, and helping shape content into strong instructional narratives.

Hey Tranelle! So glad you're here- if you have any examples of your interactive training you'd like to share for others to learn from, I highly recommend it.
It sounds like you would enjoy honing your skills with the weekly e-learning challenges, and of course our training sessions for any advanced skills you're looking to develop.
I can't wait to see what you learn and share!- Thomas_ShayonCommunity Member
Tranelle (Tee_Dill ) welcome to the community. Curious, what is the focus of the learning interventions you deliver at your company?

Hi Thomas—thanks for the warm welcome!
At my company, I work on a mix of learning efforts, mostly around onboarding, technical/process training, and performance support. My role usually involves partnering with SMEs and helping turn complex or dense content into training that’s clearer, more engaging, and easier to apply on the job. That can look like anything from instructor‑led sessions to blended or e‑learning solutions, depending on the need. I’m especially interested in approaches that go beyond checking a box and actually help people do their jobs better.
Happy to be here and looking forward to learning from everyone!

Tee_Dill, seems like some technically heavy learning content you're publishing.
In my current role, my team's focus is narrower: product knowledge training for our customer care agents (with the occasional org-wide compliance module thrown in). The cool thing about ELH is that we have folks from diverse backgrounds with just as many role focuses.
See you around in the ELH neighborhood 👋🏾👋🏾
