Hey VJSoderquist​ ! Welcome to the community, we're glad you're here. I've been there before in terms of not getting a ton of training and onboarding, I feel you! Is there anything in particular you're looking to learn first? I would recommend starting by exploring our Training Hubs.
I also think a good strategy if you don't have a ton of time to get up to speed is to build as much as you can in Rise, which generally has a much less steep learning curve, and then if you hit any places where you need more customized functionality, learn to do only those things in Storyline.
