Hi everyone! My name is Maryam Sharif, and I’m based in Houston, Texas. I work at Baker Hughes as a Project Lead in Training & Development.
In my day‑to‑day role, I oversee and coordinate training initiatives that support employee development and operational excellence. My work includes designing learning experiences, managing project timelines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring our training programs align with business goals. I’m passionate about helping people grow, strengthening workforce capability, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
