New to storyline 360
Good day I worked on articulate years ago and things have changed so you could say I need back to basics or a guide for dummies. Any recommendations on where to start please.

Hiya Lucy! You've made the right first step by joining ELH, we can definitely help with building back those skills.
First stop would be the training and tutorials center, and this Getting Started guide especially.
Next I would check out the best practices forum for any tips or discussions that are helpful to you.
After that, the world is your oyster! The E-learning challenges are awesome for building up your skills, and the User Guides are always there to reference anything that comes up as you jump back in to Articulate.
