One person L&D Team!
Hi - I'm Al, based in Melbourne, Australia and I'm a one person team for an organisation of over 300 staff and 200 volunteers. We haven't had anyone in L&D for about 6 or 7 years, and I'm looking at all my options to make life as easy as possible!
Tips and tricks are always welcome!

Hi Al! Nice to see a fellow newcomer to this platform. Sounds like you have your work cut out for you, being a one person team for your organization and all. I wish you the best of luck, my friend. Have you worked in L&D before, or is this your first go at it?

First time with the official L&D title, but long timer in education, facilitation and designing learning materials. Los of things stay the same, but so many are very different.
