SPD Hero turned wannabe E-Learning Hero
April here. I'm a new Sterile Processing Department Educator, trying to wrap my mind around the E-Learning world. I'm very familiar with having e-learnings assigned to me, but now I'm jumping into the role of creating and assigning them. I need help with EVERYTHING! I have completed two 360 Rise learnings, but I have some information I feel will be better absorbed by staff if it were done via Storyline.
I'm eager to learn and grow. I look forward to meeting you all.

Getting Started with Storyline 360 if you are looking to better understand Storyline. If you enjoy learning through prompts and hands-on practice, I also recommend our weekly eLearning Challenges.
We also have a Peer Pod starting in August that you might enjoy. It's focused on getting started in an instructional design role and is a great way to connect with others who are new to the field.

My nephew (here in South Florida) just landed a job with a huge hospital network in a Sterile Processing Department role. I was shocked to learn from him that so much of his onboarding into the role was paper-based.
He LOVES the job!
