Project management plans come in many shapes and sizes, but this simple one  I pulled together in MS Word serves as a sign-off/approval mechanism for your project, as well as a handy way to gather all related project planning documents, such as the project charter, the project timeline, and the accountability matrix.

Enjoy!

Trina thanks for sharing this practical document! What's great is that all the plans, charter, etc are in one place with the key milestones and sign off signatures. This makes it easy to use and to version control particularly for complex projects when things get hectic and there are multiple stakeholders in various locations. Good Work!

    Nice piece of work.
    .
But you make the all too common mistake. You saved it as a document.
    .
What you have created is a template, for reuse. You don't want the template changed. So instead of saving it as a DOCX, it would be better if you saved it as a DOTX. That way the template is not accidentally changed.
