This is such a great and simple way to generate a nice palette, I spent about 20 minutes yesterday messing with getting just the right colour and I imagine this is going to save me a tonne of time in the future. Thanks David!

What a time-saver! I made a set of tints and shades for each of our branding colors, and then picked up 6 additional colors that we often use for powerpoints, etc. Using the RGB slider eyedropper tool, I found the Hex# and took a screen shot of several tints / shades so we have a cheat sheet. Thank you!
