- there could totally be more specified questions for this decision. Michael Allen's Guide to ELearning gives at least 5
- Good point, Terry. I just found most of the clients I was talking to assumed we had to build everything from scratch to be effective so keeping the decision points really succinct really helped open up the conversation.
- This subject is relevant to projects we are tackling at the moment. I'm looking at Allen's book now - where are his 5 decision points??
