Hi there - I bought my ticket to London Articuland a month ago but haven’t received any confirmation or ticket details. The money has come out of my account tho. Can you advise how I get confirmation details please. Many thanks.

Thank you very much for letting us know about your confirmation concerns! I can see that you registered on September 4th so you're definitely confirmed, but I will message our registration team regarding the confirmation email. My assumption is that the email might have gone to your spam filter - have you checked by chance? Regardless, I will ask to have the confirmation email resent today. Also, we will be sending a "Know Before You Go" email about a week or so before the event which will include additional event details. -Jenny

I heard back from our registration team and they have resent the email to your email address on file. I do not want to put it here for privacy reasons, but I can confirm that the subject of the email is, "Registration Confirmed - Articuland London 2026" and the sender is: [email protected].Please let me know it has not been received.
