I believe there was an error in paying for my registration. I paid in Feb but received a message today that my registration was not complete. How can I check to make sure I didn't pay twice and refund the 2nd payment today if needed.

When will registration for the breakout sessions open up?

Thanks for reaching out - I'm glad you asked this question! We will be launching the mobile app early next week. All registered attendees will receive an email to download the app and access the content. Once logged in, people will be able to:
- Indicate their interest in the breakout sessions
- Reserve their seat for the Friday afternoon optional workshops taking place from 1:00 - 4:00 PM
We're excited to share more details about the event next week - stay tuned!
Will the breakouts be recorded or have handouts available later? I'm struggling to decide which breakouts to prioritize and it would help to know if the information will be made available for anyone who went to a different session. Thanks.

Great question! We will not be sharing recordings of the live breakout sessions, but we will share session resources from every breakout with all registered attendees. Some presenters may also choose to pre-record their sessions and include those recordings with their resources.
Either way, you’ll receive a rich library of content from across the sessions, so you’ll still have access to resources from the breakouts you aren’t able to attend.
