Would love to join - registered and accepted, clicked attending here too now seem to be in a neverending loop of being directed back to this page without a link to join. Hopefully its recorded so can catch up...

Hi HollyBluett-6d3 Sorry I missed this thread before today's session. I can see you were registered, but it sounds like you never received the confirmation email.
Hopefully this won't happen again, but confirmation emails are sent automatically right after registration. If you don't receive one, you can always email us and we'll manually send the details. Not ideal, but at least it's a backup option to avoid missing the session altogether.
We'll send the recording to everyone who registered within the next two days but I'll connect with Katie to post the recording here later today when it's ready.
Its a mystery..... I have registered for the Sceanarios one on Thurs 22nd and that has a clickable join link so solved that I hope...🤞 I live on the shores of Loch Ness, its certainly another mystery this afternoon trying to join this 🦕🏔️
DanLight We're hosting that session on GoToWebinar so at least we know that one's working for you. I'd really like to figure out why Zoom emails didn't make it to you.
Thank you - really appreciate you guys looking into this, I'll gab a coffee and watch it, thats fab. I do think one day as a failsafe a wee link with the messsages and notifications would be grand (of course my ICT knowledge wouldn't have the foggiest of how to set this up) Dare to dream eh? Have a good Wednesday and second 1/2 of the week.

You should've received an email from [email protected] with the link to join. I've also just sent a link that you should be able to use via message here in ELH.
Did you all not receive an email with the link to join? Or is the link you received not working?
This is being recorded, and you will receive that recording as long as you registered.
I registered about 3 weeks ago, never did receive an email with a link to join. I have never been able to attend any of the live events that I have registered for. I have also never received any recordings after a live event.
Are you using the same email as listed on your profile? We are looking into this!
Thanks Katie-Jordan much appreciated - could be on our side that the brand email is not getting through with our ICT filters/Spam etc. As far as I can see not recieved. Really appreciate your response - problem shared leading to problem solving ! In future I wonder if the link could be included with the notification
