@Kirsty, that was created about 4 years ago so I can't recall exactly which tool I used. With Articulate 360 you have a few ways to do the same.
Storyline has a recording feature. Slides tab>Record Screen.
Peek: need to install it and you can do screencasts and they get uploaded with a URL attached after.
Replay: record screen with/out webcam

Thanks for your response Tom. I have just started doing the on demand tutorials for getting started in Storyline so I'll check that out.
