DEI - Pre Learning Journal question
Here is a snippet from a recent DEI training produced for an organization (images, text and branding have been changed 🤩) In this example, rather than asking the learner to reflect on what they have learnt, I used a pre-requisite style question, as a way of interacting with them ahead of exploring the content.
