My name is Chandler (yes like the guy from friends)
Hi Everyone! I'm Chandler, and I am very new to this world... I actually come from a medical background, but it really was not my passion in life. I had 2 niche degrees, 3 years into a career I didn't enjoy, and no clue where to go next. But hey... turns out skills are transferable! I took the leap in investing in myself and learning new things. I got a job at a new company that I knew literally nothing about but I was willing to put the work in to learn. Turns out it was a great move on my part because I was introduced to Learning & Development. Here, I have really found a passion for training and developing individuals. I recently moved into a role as a facilitator for in-person and virtual trainings, but I have always enjoyed anything that allows me to be creative. I have just been introduced to the creation of e-learning and Articulate by a coworker on my team. I have been enjoying learning the platform and expanding my skill set :)💗
