Hi. I am trying to Preview a PPT deck in Articulate 13, and am consistently getting the attached error message, which reads: "Your Articulate Presenter project cannot be upgraded to the new Articulate Presenter '13 file format."
Why is this happening?
What is the fix so that I can view the PPT deck in Articulate?
Hi Christie. Thanks for your quick response. I only recently got Articulate 13, and I have only been working in 13, so I'm not sure why I should be getting that error message.
If you can think of any other solutions besides what's on the link you sent, please let me know.
Hi, Joel -- Thanks for your reply! Apologies for asking the obvious, but are you attempting to open a file created previously in '09 as mentioned in the article I provided above? If not, perhaps the troubleshooting steps listed here would be helpful. Please give those a look, and if issues persist, we may need to put you in touch with our Support Engineering staff for additional technical insights on what may be causing this error message.
