I have audio in Presenter and in my Engage interactions. If a user doesn't wait for the Presenter slide audio to finish before clicking on the Engage interaction, both audio files will play, making it impossible to understand. Is there a way to stop one audio file when another one starts?
I'm not aware of any way to automatically pause the Presenter slide audio when the Engage interaction begins, but would it be possible for you to place the Presenter audio into your Engage interaction so that it can all be controlled from within Engage?
