Audio stops when I open a labeled graphic

I have several labeled graphics embedded in the program. There is no audio associated with the labeled graphic, but every slide has its own audio file. When I look at each slide, the audio plays from beginning to end. If I click on the labeled graphic the audio plays for a few seconds, then stops. In the Interactive Properties screen I have Interactive checked. In the past I've produced numerous programs with labeled graphic, but this is a totally new problem to me. I want to be able to look at the slide, listen to the entire audio, and click on the labeled graphic at the same time. Thanks for helping me figure out the solution to this.

Hi Charles,
When you import the audio into the slide itself instead of the Engage interaction, the audio will play according to the timeline of the Engage interaction. For example, publish your presentation & go to the Engage interaction slide. Watch the scrub bar at the bottom and you'll notice that the player will play for 5 seconds. This is the default for Engage interactions. Thus, the audio will play for 5 seconds and stop until you move to the next step.
If you want to play the audio continuously without interruption, you'll need to insert it as a playlist for that slide. For more information, see the link below:

Perfect. Thank you. I continue to be very pleased with the tech support I've received in the past from you folks. The Flikr video demo is excellent. I figured I wasn't the first person to have this issue. Your prompt solution is most appreciated.
One more direction is critical! I discovered this when I "previewed" the slides with labeled graphics and the audio played perfectly. When I "published" the course and looked at the same slides, the old problem of the audio playing just five seconds returned. I went back to the Slide Properties and changed the Advance Slide option from "Automatically" to "By User." Problem solved.
Thanks for letting me know that you were able to figure it out!
