I think I know the answer but I am seeking clarification.. Can I legally use stock photos from the library - that I have used in the production of my online training - for marketing purposes?
I hope you thought that you are able to use those assets! Here's more details on how you can use Content Library 360 assets in your course and to promote it:
You are free to use the assets in Content Library 360 in e-learning courses you intend to promote to the public. You may share it on any website or LMS, distribute it to any audience, and charge learners a fee to access it.
You are free to use Content Library 360 assets within an Articulate 360 tool, but you cannot add them standalone into other applications.
Content Library 360 images, icons, and videos are royalty free for commercial and non-commercial use. No attribution required.
I would also recommend reviewing our Terms of Service with your internal legal team to check the legal restrictions. You can locate our Terms of Service by clicking here.
I know that was a lot of information, so please let us know if you have any questions!
