Delete image from Introduction and Summary in a Labeled Graphic

Aug 01, 2011

I use the Guided Image quite a bit and often find myself wishing there was a way to omit the image from the Introduction and the Summary. Is there a way to do that or at the very least a workaround .. my introductions tend to "ramble" (please don't suggest I not ramble) and as a result I get the scroll bar which I want to avoid . but the scroll bar appears because the image is taking up real estate.  There are no arrows associated with the image at the Into and Summary and I think if there isn't way to omit it, maybe there should be. Thank you.  Your forums are the best .. if there is an award for having the most informative, most up to date, best over all forum you guys should win it !!!!!

Hi Mike,

It's not currently possible to omit the guided image from the introduction and the summary.  However, have you tried going into Interaction Properties, selecting the Guided Image tab, and adjusting the "Appearance" section?  You can change where the image is placed and also how much real estate the image is allowed to take up.

Thanks but I'm aware I can change the image size unfortunately it changes it across all the tabs and not just in Intro and/or Summary ... so that doesn't do me any good because most of the time I need a larger image on my tabs.  How do I go about requesting this be considered in the next version .. or can you do that for me.
