Edit button does not work. It cannot locate the interaction file even though I keep pointing to it.
I can edit through the Engage main menu, but when I save and return to Presenter, the original slide is unchanged, and a new slide is inserted. This process is repeated every time I try to edit and save the interaction. It just keeps inserting new slides for the same interaction.
Sorry for the delay in response, looks like you posted during the quiet hours
The first thing to check is the location of the Engage Interaction you're working with. Is the file local? Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate). Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names. Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the following Microsoft article.
If you've confirmed the file is local, can you share the .INTR file here so I can take a look? You can attach the file to your response by using the little paperclip icon.

Thanks, Scott!

I thought I was pretty thorough about it, but turns out the files were not on the local drive. I have since moved them over and all is good now.
Thanks much.
Great, Scott. Glad to hear it Thanks very much for the update.
Hope you have a great day!
Christine
