Formatting Engage interactions in Presenter 360
Apr 27, 2019
Hi, I'm new to Articulate and have started to trial Studio 360 (having successfully created courses in Rise). I work for a government agency that has a strong emphasis on branding and colour palettes. I can easily import Powerpoint slides into Presenter 360, but when I add an Engage interaction or a quiz from Quizmaster, it creates a placeholder slide which I can not modify to replicate the slide designs imported from Powerpoint. This creates a discordant effect when the user moves from a slide to an Engage interaction or quiz which does not have the same look and feel. I can see how I can change colours in the Engage interaction, and fonts, but it appears to be very limited and perhaps not quite suitable for an agency that requires a strong design thread throughout its training resources. I guess the answer may be to use Storyline, but perhaps there is something I'm missing?

Hi Daniel, If you go to Player > Player Properties > Colors and Effects > Show Advanced Color Editing, you can edit the color of each item for the player an better match your look and feel. Most importantly, you can make the color 100% transparent to hide various parts of the player
