Can someone help please. I have inserted some engage interactions into my awareness course. I have put a FAQ interaction after the final slide which also has an interaction, I can preview my FAQ interaction but if I try to edit it I get my previous interaction up, what have I done wrong this time and can I fix it?
That definitely sounds strange. Would you mind sending us the files so we can take a closer look and try to replicate what you're experiencing? Thanks!
I have removed the offending engage interactions and reinserted them and they seem to now be working, although I have not yet loaded them onto Articulate online. That's caused me problems in the past with the odd blank screen.
I did notice that an engage interaction in the presentation was labelled in the edit window as a quiz.?????
It seems to be OK but don't worry I'll scream if it goes wrong again.
