pictures dropping otu of Engage files

This is a little weird, but we are giving a client our files to use with an LMS. We are placing all the files on an FTP site and she is downloading them from there. She says that the pictures on the Engage files have dropped out of the files. This is really a mystery to me. We are giving her all the Engage files, Quizmaker files as well as the pptx and ppta files.

Anyone ever heard of this??
