I am trying to use the Checklist format but size of the STEPS font is too big for my case.
is it possible to make it smaller?

Hi Emma,
The font size for the individual steps listed in the checklist cannot be changed, and there is limit to 8 items per checklist, so that they'll all fit on one page at the designed font. I'd suggest submitting a feature request for the ability to change the font.
