A group of users are having issues with Engage/Quizmaker screens not loading on content published on LMS - Engage screens are black, and Quizmaker the circle (see screengrabs). Non-interactive screens display ok.
Also the Exit button doesn't work.
These users have Windows 7 Professional, Internet Explorer 10. Flash Player updated etc. They are all located in one office so think it's specific to their network, but don't know what to suggest.
I've had it before where the whole screen won't display if Flash isn't working, but not just the content screens within the player.
