Uploading AICC Contents to Adobe Connect Server - ERROR-=3

Hello,

I need support with uploading my content to our Adobe Connect Server. I've watch all the videos and followed them exactly and then I get the follow error when I try to access the course I get this.

ERROR - LMS returned an error - error=3 - error_text=Invalid Session ID

and then a pop-up of a bunch of AICC messages.

What am I doing wrong; I've had other people in my organization try with no success. (People whom have done it in the past).

Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side.

Since you're using AICC content, please take a look at the article below for testing information:

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.

If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
