Youtube in Engage Interactions ('13)
Apr 26, 2016
Hello community,
I know that since YouTube changed its API we have to use web objects to insert YouTube videos into Presenter '13. Here's my dilemma.
I am making short safety presentations for our different buildings, showing the emergency evacuation routes, emergency equipment, and evacuation locations.
I want to create resource tabs along the top with safety resources in them. Since I live in Montana (the most beautiful state in the country!) and we have a lot of earthquakes. I have permission to use this video (https://youtu.be/ObC8X0IIfTI) within my presentation. I want it to be in an Engage Interaction, but there are no options I can see for inserting a web object.
Are there alternative methods for embedding videos from YouTube in interactions?
Thanks

Hi Scott!
Your video options for Engage are listed here, but you are correct, there is not an option for web objects within Engage.
Perhaps someone in the community has a creative workaround for your design need.
Hello Leslie,
I did see that page, I was just hoping I was missing something. The whole YouTube change is a bit obnoxious. Thanks for you replay and have a great day.
