I can see that in the upgrade from 09 to 13 that Studio now supports animated gifs.
However, when I publish my current content from Presenter the gifs remain flat and do not animate. Is there a simple 'checkbox' I haven't ticked in my export options?
I noticed that Articulate Storyline likes animated Gif's to have specific transition times for each frame. In other words, if you haven't set frame times Storyline will go through each frame in 0 seconds. Other programs seem to buffer each frame with a small amount of time which could be the reason they work in other places.

Hm, this works for me, see a quick test here. There is no special setting or checkbox to 'enable' animated GIFs.
Thanks for the reply.
I can see that yours works (and it does on my PC).
Mine are still being stubborn though. They will animate when PPT is in Slide show mode, but not at all when exported via Presenter...

I am also having this problem.
Hi Nora!
Since the last post was 6 years ago, it would be helpful for us to understand exactly what you're running into.
Also, which version of Presenter are you using? Presenter 360, Presenter 13, etc.
Once we gather more information, we'll begin troubleshooting!
