I am using the version 09 Presenter free trial with PowerPoint 2010 on Windows 7.
I have slides with five bullets and five matching photos. I set up animations that display one bullet with one bullet. The next mouse click applies transparency to bullet 1, disappears picture 1, and displays bullet 2 and picture 2.
I used the Audio Editor to coordinate the audio with the bullets and photos.
In PowerPoint the animations work as expected, but when I publish the presentation, the photos work, but the bullets lag behind.
I am using PPT 2010 and have sync'ed animations properly with the the Sync Animations button. I've published a number of courses with no issue, but the last 3 publishes no matter what I do, when I publish the animations are lagging well behind the audio. I just went through and RESYC'ed my course and it's still lagging.
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

Hi Cathy,
Instead of using the Audio Editor to sync your animations, try using the "Sync Animations" feature in Articulate per the link below:

If you continue to have issues after trying that method, please let me know.
