I have a course I've been building in Studio where the arabic text looks fine on screen and is previewing correctly in engage and quizmaker but for some reason it does not render on standard slides in preview or publish. I have an urgent deadline and need to figure out how to fix this, any help is greatly appreciated. Screenshot attached

FYI if anyone runs into this issue the solution is
1- Use Arial font for all of your slides
2- Use Articulate font for your player
