I have created several courses that run fine on my computer, but when published to our LMS (moodle), users are reporting that screens freeze, forcing them to hit the back arrow or close out and sign back in. This happens randomly throughout the presentation, but especially when reaching a Quizmaker Quiz inserted at the end of the presentation. Any help is much appreciated!

What version of Moodle are you using?

Hello Andrea,
I ran into a similar problem not too long ago. Is this more prominent with IE? Are you launching the course as a pop up in a new window?
i hope I can help....
Thx,
Dave
Thanks for the help!
Our office only uses IE, so I'm not sure if it would occur in another browser. And yes, the course launches as a pop up in a new window.
Hello Andrea,
Set the course to launch in the current window and un-check the other boxes, (See attached)
From there you can play with the other settings to suit. Give that a try.....it worked for me. It's some sort of weird issue with IE.
Here is another post about a similar issue...it's a bit technical, so not quite my department. You may be a bit more clever than me...
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers,
Dave
BTW.....check out this post about using a FULL SCREEN option. This is what I do to give users a 'full screen' option.
