Articulate Presenter 13 Notes Section

I have upgrade to the .4 update but I am still unable to get clear, readable text in the notes section. It looks like
there might be a shadow behind the black text. I am using a slightly customized version of the Med Blue Player
Template. I do not have a shadow on the ppt notes text. I have followed the recommendations on the forums
and have locked the player at the optimum size, put the browser setting to optimum size and set the resolution
to 100% of the ppt. size. It is very important that users be able to read the notes text. Any more suggestions.
I am publishing to Articulate Online but have published a duplcate to CD if you would like me to upload the
files. Thanks.

Hi Dorna and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Yes, if you could share your Articulate Package for us to have a look at, that would be great.
Leslie,
Did you receive the Articulate package? Our IT guy tried to send it but wasn't sure if it went
through.
Dorna Diven
I'm not seeing it here. Did you send it to support or were you trying to attach to this thread?
Leslie,
I couldn't send it via email, our system bounced it as a security problem. I used the heros@articulate.com that was on your
email. I just setup a test presentation this morning and was surprised to discover that I got the same shadowed unreadable
notes with the default player. I'd assumed the problem had something to do with customizing the player colors. Not the case.
My notes are set up in Arial 11pt regular, black text on white background (no shadows). What is the correct address to use
when sending an Articulate package? I will send the test presentation--it is much smaller. Thanks.
Dorna
If you cannot attach it here in the forums via the paperclip icon, you would need to send it to the support link that I shared above.
Leslie,
I'll try this and if it doesn't try the other method.
Dorna
Hi Dorna! I apologize, I must have missed your post. I took a look at your file and I'm not sure that I am seeing what you are describing. Have you published the content?
Here is my published content:

Leslie,
Thanks for your response. Your published piece looks great. I will enclose a screen capture of mine.
Is something corrupted?
Dorna
Is that your published version Dorna? I did not change anything in your content and simply published.
Where are you publishing the content?
Leslie,
Yes, I just republished it to Articulate Online and that is the result I am getting. It is happening with
everything I publish. It didn't happen before I upgraded to Articulate 13. I updated to the .4 version
as well. I've tried all the different templates, including the default and the result is always the same.
Dorna
Well, since I'm not seeing the same result, I would advise a repair of your software to be sure that's not causing you issue. You are working locally as well, right?
If you still have difficulty, I would encourage you to reach out to our support team for further assistance so that we can understand why you are having this issue.
Leslie,
What version of Powerpoint did you open the file with? I've reinstalled Articulate and am
still having the issue with notes.
Dorna
I'm utilizing the latest update to Studio '13, which is Update 4 as you mentioned.
I was curious what version of powerpoint you were using? I have 2007 running. I normally publish to Articulate Online and have never had this problem before installing Articulate 13.
I sent a reuest to the support team. Hopefully they will have a suggestion. Thanks for your
help.
I apologize, I use Office 2013.
Thanks for mentioning that you have reached out to support and you should be hearing from someone soon.
