The Articulate Presenter add-in for PowerPoint has changed to inactive. Regardless the efforts by my IT, it does not load and the Load Behavior states, "Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in." Please advise how to resolve this issue as it is causing work stoppage for my team.
