We are adding a video into PowerPoint (mp4 file) and adding animation to it - nothing major: a picture here, a shape and text there.
I was actually able to synch the animation in the "narration" section without any trouble at all. BUT when I click on Preview the video does not play at all. So essentially we are seeing the animation appear but no video (all we see is the first frame)
The animation works just fine if I use a video from the Articulate video gallery and the video plays!

Hmm, that does sound odd. Have you tried placing the video on a blank slide with no animation or objects? Does the video play in preview then?
