Articulate Ribbon in Powerpoint is unresponsive

I've spent about an hour or so going through several help articles trying to troubleshoot this problem and can't seem to resolve the issue.
I'm using Windows 10, PPT 2013. I've run the activation program as an administrator, disabled UAC, uninstalled, cleaned the registry, reinstalled, checked add-in configuration, etc etc, and for whatever reason, these buttons won't do anything.
Is there a way to install Studio360 as an administrator? I couldn't find a stand-alone installer, and I think that's the last thing I was thinking to try.

Just submitted a ticket on this, too. I would have done that first, but the ticket option is not easy to spot.
