Hi there! New to Articulate and loving it. But have run into a snag. I record narration, add annotation, save and exit. I preview the slide and everything works fine. I go to my next slide and do the same thing. Then when I return to first slide, the audio has disappeared!!!! Audio remains intact though in Engage slides.
Hello, I'm using 360 and when I publish to Articulate 360 to review the file, the audio is gone. I have read through the discussion here but since the responses are 7 years old, I'm hoping for some 360 responses.

Can you tell me if it's Presenter, Rise, or Storyline that you're publishing to Review? Also, are you on the latest update of Articulate 360 Update 3.15.15581.0?
Is the audio gone only in Review, or any other publishing option? Could you let me know what browser you're testing in too?
