Audio encoder crashes

Hi,
every time I try to edit a sound in the audio editor (in presenter/engage) I get the popup message:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application..." and then it crashes and I cannot work with this anymore:
can anyone help me with this matter?

I'd first try to run through the steps in this article, and if you're still having trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your files. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
